Since this semester began, I have posted a blog every Sunday about updates in my HTM 491 class. In this semester, Lori taught us the leadership theories and showed us how they continue to evolve as the time change. We also read the book “Good to Grate”, which exposed us to a different way of thinking and how to borrow ideas from someone’s success. When we are doing the big project case study, I choose the ArcLight Cinema La Jolla. We need to have the movie experience and do survey with the employees and managers. I found it was useful because it got you to look at the industry from different perspectives. After I finished my case study, I know people is the most important who drive the company success. As the time flies, it also at the end of the semester, this would be my last semester that I will be on the campus. Summer I am going to finish my HTM 498 which is the only class that I have left. So, this is the time I am going to introduce you to my new weebly web.

As I just started my weebly website, I haven’t post any thing yet, but I already have my outline which my portfolio includes about me, my leadership journey and a summary of highlights. I also going to talk about some leadership course work, work experience, industry connection, promising pitfalls and even more !
